Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Catoosa. This position is responsible for assembling components according to drawings, measurements, and work instructions while maintaining established quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and able to accurately read a tape measure and basic drawings or blueprints. Previous assembly experience is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Assemble components according to drawings, blueprints, and production requirements
• Review work instructions before beginning assigned assembly tasks
• Measure components and materials accurately using a tape measure
• Read and follow basic fabrication and assembly drawings
• Use hand tools to fit, position, fasten, and assemble components
• Verify components are properly positioned and assembled
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and overall quality
• Identify and report incorrect parts, measurements, or assembly concerns
• Maintain established production and quality standards
• Safely operate assigned tools and equipment
• Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
• Assist with additional assembly and manufacturing duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing assembly experience
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Manufacturing or industrial production experience
• Blueprint or technical drawing experience
• Experience using hand and basic power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Previous experience working from measurements and specifications

• Comfortable performing physically active manufacturing work throughout an extended shift

• Regular use of tape measures, drawings, and work instructions
