Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Claremore, OK producing air-cooled heat exchanger systems. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building, using tools, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

Required Experience & Skills
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift, move, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to follow instructions, blueprints, and work procedures
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in assembling air-cooled heat exchanger units and components
Read and follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and production documentation
Use hand tools and power tools to install, align, and secure parts
Fit and assemble components accurately according to specifications
Inspect parts and completed units for quality, defects, and accuracy
Support testing of finished products when needed
Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing / assembly environment
Production focused on air-cooled heat exchanger equipment
Exposure to tools, fabricated metal components, machinery, and active production operations
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
