Location: Claremore, OK 74019
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
Shift: 3: 30pm
Description: Stand-By Personnel is hiring for a Final Assembler to join a busy manufacturing environment in Claremore This role involves assembling final components, inspecting products, and ensuring all items meet quality standards. This is a temp to hire position that offers weekly pay and benefits.
Pay: $24.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Differential
Shift: 3: 30 p.M. 2: 00 a.M.
Key Duties
- Assemble components and subassemblies per instructions
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs
- Verify correct parts and materials
- Maintain clean, safe work area
- Meet daily production goals
- Report defects or equipment issues
Requirements
- Prior assembly experience
- Ability to use hand tools
- Comfortable working in a loud, non-temperature-controlled environment
- Must wear required PPE (hearing protection, safety glasses, safety boots, respirator when needed)
