Assembly Technician PM Shift
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour (DOE, including shift differential)
Location: Tulsa, OK 74107
Shift: Monday Friday | 4: 00 PM 2: 30 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for assembling mechanical components, following blueprints and work instructions, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Candidates with Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) experience are highly encouraged to apply, as additional opportunities are available for electrical installation and conduit work.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints
Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Commitment to workplace safety
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components according to blueprints and work instructions
Use hand and power tools to complete production assemblies accurately
Verify completed assemblies meet quality and production standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and assembly procedures
Work collaboratively with production personnel to meet manufacturing schedules
Assist with additional assembly and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Running conduit
Bending conduit
Performing electrical installation and wiring tasks
Supporting electrical assembly and installation projects
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools while wearing required PPE
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around production equipment
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and assembly facility
Fast-paced production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork
Exposure to assembly tools, fabrication equipment, and industrial machinery
Stable second-shift schedule with opportunities for overtime as production demands require
