Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Bagging Room Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sand Springs. This position is responsible for packaging and bagging finished products while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment where teamwork and efficiency are essential.
Required Experience & Skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
• Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Bag and package finished products according to company specifications
• Monitor product quality throughout the packaging process and report any issues to supervisors
• Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with material handling and movement of packaged products as needed
• Support additional production and packaging duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Experience working in packaging or assembly operations
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks accurately and efficiently
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment
• Must wear required PPE and comply with all company safety requirements

• Manufacturing and production facility
• Fast-paced environment focused on quality, productivity, and workplace safety
• Exposure to packaging equipment, production machinery, and industrial operations
