Location: Tulsa, OK 74145
Shift: Monday Thursday: 7: 30 AM 4: 00 PM | Friday: 6: 30 AM 3: 00 PM
Overtime: Occasional mandatory Saturdays (August December)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Bindery Assistant to join a fast-paced printing and production team in Tulsa. This hands-on position supports bindery operations by loading materials, assisting with cutting and finishing printed products, and helping maintain an efficient production workflow.
The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to accurately read a ruler and basic measurements
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Load paper and other materials into bindery and finishing equipment
Assist with cutting, trimming, and finishing printed products
Perform assembly and packaging tasks as needed
Support production workflow to ensure on-time completion of jobs
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Assist with additional bindery and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous printing, bindery, or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience operating production or finishing equipment is a plus
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift 30 50 lbs regularly
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
Ability to perform physically active work in a production environment
Work Environment
Fast-paced commercial printing and bindery facility
Exposure to printing and finishing equipment, paper products, and production machinery
Team-oriented workplace focused on quality, safety, and efficiency
Required PPE must be worn as designated by company policy
