Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Brazier to join a manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This hands-on role is responsible for brazing copper tubing and components used in heat exchanger production while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous manufacturing experience REQUIRED
Experience working with copper tubing and pipe preferred
Heat exchanger manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to maintain proper brazing techniques and workmanship standards
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Braze copper tube and pipe assemblies to form heat exchanger headers
Braze required copper fittings onto assemblies according to specifications
Maintain proper torch control and braze rod technique
Maintain required ASME brazing certification standards (if applicable)
Perform pressure testing on completed units
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions accurately
Track completed work and follow daily production schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing policies
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing environment
Exposure to heat, open flame, brazing equipment, metal materials, and industrial production conditions
Physically active role requiring standing, repetitive hand work, bending, and movement throughout the shift
PPE required at all times
