Pay: $24.00 per hour
Location: Tulsa, OK 74131
Shift: Monday Thursday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing fabrication and machining operation in the West Tulsa/Sapulpa area. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC equipment while maintaining tight tolerances, quality standards, and production efficiency.
The ideal CNC Machinist has experience with Haas CNC equipment, understands G & M code programming, and can independently perform setups and machine adjustments.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven CNC machining experience required
Experience operating Haas CNC machines preferred
Fanuc controls experience preferred
Working knowledge of G & M code required
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Ability to perform machine setups independently
Experience making tool offsets and program adjustments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and operate Haas CNC machines with Fanuc controls
Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Produce precision-machined components to required specifications and tolerances
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot machining issues
Perform inspections using measuring tools to verify quality standards
Maintain safe machining practices and follow all company safety procedures
Complete production documentation and communicate issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Support production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fabrication or job shop environments
Advanced CNC setup experience
Knowledge of machining tolerances and quality control procedures
Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling activities
Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and equipment
Work Environment
Manufacturing and fabrication facility
Exposure to machining equipment, cutting fluids, metal chips, and production noise
Fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and efficiency
PPE required while working on the production floor
