Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing team supporting precision production in the Catoosa area. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision components that meet strict production and dimensional standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous CNC machining experience REQUIRED
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining instructions
Strong understanding of machining tolerances and precision measurement techniques
Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
Ability to troubleshoot minor machining or tooling issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Commitment to workplace safety and production efficiency
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
Inspect finished parts to verify dimensional accuracy and tolerance compliance
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, setup instructions, and production documentation
Maintain tooling, equipment, and organized workstations
Document production activity and quality inspection results accurately
Identify and communicate machining issues, tooling concerns, or quality defects
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Preferred Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Technical machining training or certifications are a plus
Work Environment
Industrial machining / manufacturing environment
Exposure to CNC machinery, cutting tools, metal materials, shop noise, oils, and active production operations
Physically active role requiring standing, repetitive movement, material handling, and PPE compliance
