Shift: Monday Friday | 5: 00 AM 3: 30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Catoosa. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has extensive CNC machining experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Experience with CNC programming or program editing preferred
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, speeds, and feeds
Proficiency using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture precision parts
Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials and machining operations
Perform machine setups, offsets, and adjustments as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments during production
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
Preferred Qualifications
CNC programming and editing experience
Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control procedures
Experience machining a variety of materials
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and dust
Ability to safely operate industrial machinery while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing facility
Fast-paced, precision machining environment
Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs
Required PPE must be worn in accordance with company safety policies
