Location: Muskogee, OK 74401
Shift: 1st Shift | 7: 00 AM 6: 00 PM (or until work is complete)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Electrical General Laborers to support active construction crews in Muskogee, OK. This hands-on role assists with electrical installation work including wiring, conduit support, material handling, and general job site labor.
If you re looking to get into the electrical trade or already have construction experience and want a long-term opportunity to grow, this Electrical General Laborer position offers hands-on training and real field experience.
Required Experience & Skills
Electrical or construction experience preferred, but not required
Ability to follow verbal instructions, written directions, and job site procedures
Willingness to learn electrical construction skills and assist experienced electricians
Comfortable working in active construction environments
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
Ability to perform physical labor throughout extended shifts
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist electricians with daily electrical construction tasks
Perform repetitive wiring, cable pulling, conduit routing, and installation support
Help install, route, secure, and organize electrical wiring and materials
Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and job site equipment
Load, unload, move, and stage materials and equipment as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site
Follow all workplace safety procedures and job site requirements
Support project timelines by assisting crews efficiently throughout the day
Work Environment
Active electrical construction / job site environment
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, construction equipment, ladders, tools, dust, and active trades
Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing, and repetitive movement
Extended shifts based on project completion needs
PPE required at all times on site
