Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator to support brand awareness and marketing initiatives for a growing operation in Pryor. This position is responsible for developing, editing, and publishing engaging content across social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and multimedia channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong writing and storytelling abilities with hands-on multimedia production skills. Adobe Premiere video editing and Adobe Photoshop experience are required for this position.
Required Experience & Skills
• Adobe Premiere video editing experience required
• Adobe Photoshop experience required
• Previous experience creating content for digital and social media platforms
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and digital content best practices
• Ability to independently plan, create, and complete content projects
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Create and publish high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels
• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns aligned with company goals and target audiences
• Write, edit, proofread, and optimize copy for clarity, accuracy, engagement, and brand consistency
• Shoot, edit, and produce video content using Adobe Premiere
• Create and edit visual assets using Adobe Photoshop
• Produce or coordinate photos, videos, graphics, presentations, and other multimedia content
• Manage content calendars and ensure projects are completed according to schedule
• Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and marketing objectives
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics
• Recommend improvements based on content performance and audience response
• Stay current on social media trends, digital best practices, and emerging content formats
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to support company initiatives
• Ensure published materials follow established branding and messaging guidelines
• Perform additional marketing and content responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Photography and videography experience
• Graphic design experience beyond basic Photoshop editing
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools
• Experience creating email marketing campaigns and newsletters
