Pay: $15.00 per hour (Commission Opportunity Upon Permanent Hire)
Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74012
Shift: Tuesday Saturday | 10: 30 AM 6: 15 PM (35 40 Hours per Week)

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to support the daily operations of a busy appliance warehouse in Broken Arrow. This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with customer service duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active while interacting with customers.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and is comfortable working in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull 50 75 lbs
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate websites and software systems
Willingness to learn and follow directions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Availability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Process, clean, organize, and move large household appliances throughout the warehouse
Assist customers in the warehouse showroom and provide outstanding customer service
Greet customers and answer questions regarding available products
Answer incoming phone calls professionally
Match paperwork with inventory and stock numbers accurately
Utilize basic computer systems to track inventory and customer information
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Support general warehouse operations and additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service or retail experience
Cash register experience
Spanish-speaking ability
Forklift experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to consistently lift, move, push, and pull 50 75 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the workday
Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment without climate control
Ability to safely perform warehouse duties while wearing appropriate work attire
Work Environment
Busy appliance warehouse and customer showroom
Non-climate-controlled facility with exposure to seasonal temperatures
Combination of warehouse operations and direct customer interaction
Fast-paced environment requiring physical labor and excellent customer service
Dress Code
Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance.

Gym attire or athleisure wear
Excessively loose or baggy clothing
Clothing with excessive tears, rips, or holes
Low-cut, extremely tight, or ill-fitting clothing
Sandals or open-toed shoes
Visible undershirts, tank tops, spaghetti straps, or undergarments
Appropriate shorts are permitted during summer months.
