Shift: 2nd Shift | 6: 00 PM Start (end time varies)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Deburr Technician to join a production team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for sanding, deburring, grinding, and finishing production parts to ensure they meet quality and production standards before final use or shipment.

Required Experience & Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Ability to work in a production environment
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sand, deburr, grind, and finish production parts to required standards
Operate sanders, drills, grinders, and other hand/power tools safely and effectively
Polish metal and non-metal surfaces as required
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality expectations and production standards
Identify and report defective parts or finishing concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Perform additional production duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, and repetitive movement
Ability to use both hands for pushing, pulling, gripping, and tool operation
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing / production environment
Exposure to metal materials, production equipment, dust, shop noise, and active manufacturing operations
Physically active role requiring standing, repetitive hand movement, lifting, and PPE compliance
