Pay: $15.00 $17.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Owasso, OK 74055
Shift: Monday Thursday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM
Overtime: As Required

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Deburr Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Owasso. This position is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, machining marks, and excess material from precision-machined components while ensuring finished parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and follow written work instructions
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deburr machined metal and plastic components using hand, pneumatic, and rotary tools
Remove burrs, sharp edges, machining marks, and excess material without affecting part dimensions
Read and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
Perform visual inspections to verify quality and completeness of finished parts
Handle materials carefully to prevent cosmetic or dimensional damage
Prioritize workload to meet production schedules and deadlines
Complete production documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Assist with additional production and shop duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience
Experience with deburring, polishing, finishing, or assembly work
Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands and wrists while operating hand tools
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment around machinery and production equipment
Work Environment
Manufacturing and machine shop environment
Fast-paced production setting focused on quality and precision
Exposure to industrial equipment, metal components, and production machinery
Required PPE must be worn at all times in accordance with company safety policies
