Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and motivated Fin Tube Helpers to join a growing manufacturing team in Claremore. This position supports the production and fabrication of finned tubes used in heat exchangers, boilers, and other industrial equipment by assisting machine operators, preparing materials, performing quality checks, and maintaining an organized production environment.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to learn manufacturing processes while contributing to a productive team.
Required Experience & Skills
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow work instructions
• Experience using hand tools and basic shop equipment is a plus
• Forklift experience is beneficial but not required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist machine operators with the production of finned tubes and related products
• Load and unload materials onto production equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure, inspect, and verify materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and other basic shop equipment as needed
• Stage raw materials and move finished products throughout the facility
• Monitor production processes and report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through regular housekeeping
• Follow all company safety policies, production procedures, and quality standards
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in industrial manufacturing or fabrication environments
• Familiarity with heat exchanger or fin tube production processes
• Forklift operating experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, walking, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and moving equipment
• Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workday

• Industrial manufacturing facility producing finned tube assemblies for heat exchangers and related equipment
• Fast-paced production environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Exposure to production machinery, hand tools, grinders, industrial noise, and moving equipment
