Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and mechanically skilled Fin Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Sapulpa, OK. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining fin machines used in the production of heat exchanger components while ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and safe operation.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience setting up and operating fin machines REQUIRED
Manufacturing or heat exchanger production experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to production quality
Ability to work extended day shift hours consistently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up, adjust, and operate fin machines according to production specifications
Load programs, tooling, and materials for various product configurations
Monitor machine performance to maintain consistent production output and quality
Produce fin components used in heat exchanger assemblies
Perform machine changeovers efficiently to reduce downtime
Inspect finished components for accuracy, defects, and specification compliance
Measure and verify product dimensions using appropriate measuring tools
Perform routine machine checks and preventative maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot machine issues and make operational adjustments as needed
Follow all workplace safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO)
Manage material flow and track production or inventory usage as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing environment focused on heat exchanger production
Exposure to heavy machinery, production equipment, industrial noise, and active manufacturing operations
Fast-paced production setting requiring efficiency, attention to detail, and safety compliance
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, and machine operation
