Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate for a warehouse and distribution opportunity in Springdale. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while supporting inventory, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment where accuracy, productivity, and dependable attendance are essential.
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or shipping experience is preferred.
Required Experience & Skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Pick customer orders accurately
• Follow order tickets and warehouse-system information
• Verify products and quantities before packing
• Pack merchandise according to established standards
• Prepare products for safe delivery
• Process outgoing shipments
• Verify shipment information for accuracy
• Inspect products for damage or quality concerns
• Replenish inventory as needed
• Maintain organized storage locations
• Assist with receiving incoming merchandise
• Stock incoming inventory
• Use handheld scanners to track products and orders
• Operate pallet jacks safely
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
• Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Perform additional fulfillment and warehouse duties as assigned
Order Picking
Candidates may regularly:
• Review customer orders
• Locate products within the warehouse
• Pick correct items and quantities
• Use handheld scanners or warehouse systems
• Verify products against order information
• Identify missing or incorrect merchandise
• Stage completed orders for packing
Packing & Shipping
• Verify merchandise before packing
• Inspect products for quality
• Select appropriate packaging
• Pack products securely for transportation
• Process outgoing shipments
• Verify applicable shipping information
• Prepare completed orders for shipment
• Maintain established packing and accuracy standards
Receiving & Stocking
Depending on workload, Fulfillment Associates may also:
• Receive incoming merchandise
• Verify incoming products
• Stock inventory in designated locations
• Replenish picking areas
• Maintain organized storage locations
• Assist with inventory movement
• Help ensure products are available for upcoming orders
Inventory Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate product locations
• Assist with inventory replenishment
• Participate in cycle counts
• Assist with inventory audits
• Identify inventory discrepancies
• Maintain organized warehouse locations
• Communicate missing or incorrect inventory when identified
Warehouse Equipment & Technology
Candidates may regularly use:
• Handheld RF scanners
• Warehouse management systems
• Pallet jacks
• Basic computer systems
• Order tickets
• Other warehouse equipment as assigned
All equipment must be operated according to applicable safety procedures.

• Ability to perform repetitive picking and packing movements
• Comfortable performing physically active warehouse work
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
• Ability to safely operate applicable warehouse equipment
• Ability to wear required PPE
Work Environment
• Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment
• Regular work involving customer orders, inventory, packaging, scanners, and warehouse equipment
• Physically active position requiring frequent movement and material handling
