Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Sapulpa, OK 74066
Shift: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (Days & Nights)
Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Rotates forward one day each week;transitions between day and night shift every 4 weeks)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operators to join a growing production team in Sapulpa. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment while supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-temperature industrial environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working a rotating schedule while maintaining consistent productivity.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or other heavy equipment preferred
Background in construction, landscaping, roofing, manufacturing, or other physically demanding work strongly preferred
Ability to work a rotating schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in high-heat industrial environments
Strong commitment to safety and required PPE
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and skid steers, safely and efficiently
Support production operations by transporting materials and assisting with manufacturing processes
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Maintain steady productivity while meeting production goals
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Assist with additional production and material handling duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or industrial production experience
Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and equipment operation throughout the shift
Ability to work in high-temperature environments for extended periods
Ability to safely wear required PPE throughout the workday
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing facility
High-temperature production environment
Rotating 12-hour shifts with a schedule provided one year in advance
Initial training completed on day shift before transitioning to the rotating schedule
