Pay: $19.00 $22.00 per hour (DOE) + $2.00 Shift Differential
Location: West Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday Thursday | 4: 30 PM 3: 00 AM (Fridays as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Painter to join a growing fabrication team in West Tulsa, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for painters with industrial coating experience who take pride in producing high-quality finishes, working safely, and delivering consistent results in a production environment.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous industrial painting experience REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of industrial coatings, paint prep, and application processes
Experience painting steel, aluminum, piping systems, and fabricated equipment
Ability to mix coatings according to technical data sheets and product specifications
Experience using viscosity cups, thickness gauges, gloss gauges, and spray equipment
Understanding of multi-coat industrial paint systems
Ability to work independently while maintaining production quality standards
Strong commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform industrial painting duties including washing, surface prep, masking, painting, rigging support, and general maintenance
Apply industrial coatings to fabricated metal products and industrial components
Paint steel, aluminum, piping systems, and production equipment
Mix paints, primers, catalysts, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications
Measure coating performance using thickness gauges, gloss gauges, and related tools
Ensure proper coating adhesion, consistency, and finish quality
Follow all OSHA, Hazmat, and company safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Paint Test Requirements
Candidates must successfully complete a hands-on paint test, including:
Proper paint mixing using technical data sheets
Setting up spray pots and spraying test components
Demonstrating proper application of coating systems including:
Above-Ground Coating System:
Primer
Mid-coat
Top-coat
Below-Ground Coating System:
SPC-2888 or Denso Protal 7200 plural component coating
Work Environment
Industrial fabrication / manufacturing environment
Exposure to paint fumes, coatings, fabricated metal products, spray equipment, and shop conditions
Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
