Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Specialist to support inventory control and material flow in a manufacturing environment in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking materials, and ensuring inventory organization supports efficient production and shipping operations.

Required Experience & Skills
High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Basic computer skills REQUIRED
Experience with inventory systems or ERP software preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing/walking throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and system updates
Track incoming and outgoing materials, parts, and finished goods
Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory checks
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Coordinate with purchasing, production, shipping, and receiving teams
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overages
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory materials
Prepare inventory reports and required documentation
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or warehouse equipment when needed
Follow all company procedures, inventory controls, and safety standards
Work Environment
Warehouse / manufacturing environment
Fast-paced, team-oriented operational setting
Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, data entry, and inventory handling throughout the shift
