Pay: $22.00 per hour
Location: Tulsa, OK 74117
Shift: Weekend Shift | Friday Sunday | 5: 00 AM 5: 30 PM (Paid for 40 Hours)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CTC Lacing Assembler to support the production of industrial cooling systems in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for assembling fin tubes and headers, ensuring proper alignment and fit-up, securing components, and preparing units for hydrostatic testing.
The ideal CTC Lacing Assembler has manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing experience required
Assembly experience preferred
Tube rolling experience preferred
Proficiency with hand tools and assembly equipment
Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install fin tubes and headers into frames according to specifications
Roll tubes on both front and back headers
Verify proper tube and nozzle projections
Install plugs and bolt tube supports securely into place
Square and align frames to meet engineering and production requirements
Inspect assemblies for quality, fit, and accuracy
Prepare completed units for hydrostatic testing
Utilize hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
Follow all company safety, quality, and production standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in heat exchanger or industrial cooling system manufacturing
Mechanical assembly experience
Experience reading blueprints, production drawings, or assembly instructions
Familiarity with fabrication and industrial manufacturing processes
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, and position materials and components as needed
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
Ability to work safely around production equipment and industrial machinery
Work Environment
