Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for a Machine Operator Weekend Shift position in Joplin, MO. This manufacturing role is responsible for operating production equipment including band saws, flat lasers, and tube lasers while supporting material handling, precision measurement, and production quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Ability to read a tape measure accurately REQUIRED
Experience operating or working around production machinery
Forklift and overhead crane experience REQUIRED
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work consistently on a weekend production schedule
Experience using digital calipers preferred
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow production procedures
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate production band saws, flat lasers, and tube lasers
Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material movement
Measure materials accurately using tape measures and precision tools
Use digital calipers for quality verification when required
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Support production goals and equipment workflow efficiency
Assist with material staging and additional production support duties as needed
Work Environment
Manufacturing / production environment
Exposure to machinery, moving materials, industrial equipment, and production noise
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, walking, repetitive movement, and equipment operation
