Shift: Monday Saturday
Hours: Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 6: 00 PM
Saturday: 7: 00 AM 1: 00 PM (Schedule may be adjusted as needed)

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment while achieving daily production goals.
The ideal candidate has previous industrial or manufacturing experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to producing quality products in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience in an industrial, construction, manufacturing, or general labor environment
Ability to accurately read tape measures, angle finders, and/or micrometers
Understanding of decimal measurements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Manufacturing education or certifications are a plus
Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus
10-key data entry experience is a plus
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines
Complete basic production records and required documentation accurately
Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, and quality observations with supervisors
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Forklift or overhead crane operating experience
Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment troubleshooting skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
Ability to work in varying temperatures within a manufacturing environment
Comfortable performing physically demanding work while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing facility
Fast-paced production environment focused on quality, safety, and productivity
Exposure to production machinery, industrial equipment, overhead cranes, forklifts, and varying temperatures
