Job Description
Stand-By Personnel is hiring a Machine Operator for a print packaging company in Pittsburg, KS. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on 3rd shift for candidates looking to grow with a stable company. The ideal candidate will have experience operating press machines or similar production equipment and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor press machines used in print packaging production
Ensure quality and consistency of printed materials
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
