Assembler & Potting Technician
Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Shift: Monday - Friday 8: 00am-5: 00pm
Pay: $15.00
Key Responsibilities
Perform potting and encapsulation of electronic assemblies using epoxy and related materials
Set up, maintain, and operate potting fixtures, molds, and equipment
Assemble electronic and mechanical components following prints, procedures, and work instructions
Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation
Pull parts using bills of materials (BOMs) and inspect kits for accuracy
Install and connect electronic subassemblies and components
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
Follow all quality standards and safety procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience with potting/encapsulation processes and epoxy materials
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions
Experience installing and assembling electronic components and subassemblies
Soldering experience is a plus (not required)
Experience with pump or pneumatic system assembly/repair is a plus
