Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Plasma Helpers to join a fabrication team in Claremore, OK. This hands-on role supports plasma cutting operations through material handling, machine assistance, and finishing work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Experience & Skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing or fabrication environments
Ability to safely use hand tools, grinders, and shop equipment
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Ability to lift, move, and handle metal materials throughout the shift
Comfortable working in an industrial / shop environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with plasma cutting operations to cut metal materials to specification
Load and unload metal materials onto cutting tables
Position and align materials properly before cutting operations
Remove finished parts and separate scrap materials
Grind, clean, and deburr finished metal components as needed
Read work orders, drawings, and basic blueprints
Measure materials using tape measures and standard shop tools
Support machine operators and team members to meet production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Previous plasma cutting or fabrication experience
Familiarity with metal types, gauges, and material thicknesses
Experience with grinding, deburring, or metal finishing work
Work Environment
Industrial fabrication / manufacturing shop environment
Exposure to metal materials, plasma cutting equipment, grinders, sparks, noise, and production machinery
Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
