Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly / Expansion Operator to join a manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for operating expansion equipment used to form copper tubing to precise dimensional specifications for heat exchanger production.

Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience REQUIRED
Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications
Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Experience working with copper tubing or soft metals preferred
HVAC, refrigeration, or heat exchanger manufacturing experience preferred
Familiarity with lean manufacturing / 5S practices is a plus
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate tube expansion machinery to expand copper tubing to required diameters and tolerances
Set up tooling, dies, and mandrels according to work orders and specifications
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Adjust machine settings to maintain production quality and efficiency
Identify defects including splits, cracks, and out-of-tolerance expansions
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance
Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing policies
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing / heat exchanger production environment
Exposure to machinery, copper tubing, production noise, and active manufacturing operations
Physically active role requiring standing, repetitive movement, machine operation, and PPE compliance
