Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and experienced candidates for an Assembly (Core Assembler) position in Claremore, OK. This hands-on manufacturing role focuses on constructing and assembling heat exchanger cores using shop tools, copper tubing, and structural components in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Required Experience & Skills
Prior assembly experience REQUIRED
Experience using general shop tools and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions
Understanding of proper hardware fastener usage and assembly methods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to production quality
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow production schedules
Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely construct, assemble, and build heat exchanger cores
Assemble structural components including laying fin material and running copper tubing
Use general shop tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Ensure proper installation of hardware and structural components
Follow production schedules and report completed work as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety programs, manufacturing procedures, and PPE requirements
Work Environment
Industrial metal fabrication / manufacturing environment
Non-climate-controlled facility with exposure to loud noise, dust, dirt, and metal particles
PPE required including hearing protection, safety glasses, respirators (when required), and OSHA-compliant safety boots
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive assembly work, and material handling throughout the shift
Additional Information
Safety-sensitive position under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act
