Required Experience & Skills
Previous machine shop or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong willingness to learn machine operation and grow within the company
Dependable attendance and stable work history REQUIRED
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Reliable transportation and punctuality preferred
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support daily machine shop and production operations
Learn and operate machinery and production equipment after training
Assist with material handling and general production support tasks
Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Work efficiently to meet production schedules and output goals
Support overtime production needs when required
Assist with additional shop duties as assigned
