Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Neosho, MO 64850 (Travel Required)

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable candidates for an Assembly position supporting industrial ductwork installation projects based out of Neosho, MO. This hands-on role involves assembling and installing large industrial duct systems at job sites, with frequent travel required. When travel schedules change, work may be performed in the shop.
This Assembly opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, travel, and learning a skilled trade with long-term career growth potential.
Required Experience & Skills
Willingness and ability to travel regularly for project work
Ability to work at heights safely in industrial environments
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and active construction settings
Experience using hand and power tools preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Dependable attendance and willingness to learn
Construction or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding labor including lifting, climbing, and extended standing
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install large industrial ductwork systems at customer job sites
Assemble and connect duct sections using bolted flanges and hardware
Install supports, stands, trim pieces, and finish caulking
Safely work at heights on roofs, scissor lifts, snorkel lifts, and boom lifts
Assist with material movement using forklifts and extended reach forklifts
Operate hand and power tools including:
Circular saws
Sawzalls
Grinders
Impact guns
Caulk guns
Battery ratchets
Work efficiently with installation teams to complete projects on schedule
Support shop work when travel schedules are adjusted
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Work Environment
Industrial installation job sites and shop environment
Frequent travel required
Outdoor exposure and elevated work environments
Physically demanding role requiring lifting, climbing, standing, bending, and tool use
