Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73135
Shift: Day Shift | 6: 00 AM 6: 00 PM | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City, OK. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment while minimizing downtime and supporting efficient plant operations.
The ideal Industrial Maintenance Technician has strong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience working with industrial manufacturing equipment, and the ability to work safely in a non-climate-controlled facility.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous industrial maintenance experience REQUIRED
Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V
Experience troubleshooting motors, controls, heater bands, and manufacturing equipment
Ability to diagnose and repair industrial production machinery
Comfortable working mandatory overtime when needed
Must not be afraid of heights and be capable of climbing silos when required
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Must provide personal hand tools including wrenches, sockets, and drills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
Perform reactive maintenance to minimize production downtime
Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and related components
Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V
Repair motors, controls, heater bands, and production equipment
Respond quickly to equipment failures and operational issues
Perform preventative maintenance as assigned
Maintain maintenance records and documentation accurately
Operate forklifts as needed
Climb silos and work at heights when required
Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards

Work Monday & Tuesday
Off Wednesday & Thursday
Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2:
Off Monday & Tuesday
Work Wednesday & Thursday
Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing facility
Non-climate-controlled environment
Exposure to machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, production equipment, and elevated work areas
Physically active role requiring standing, climbing, lifting, bending, and troubleshooting equipment
