Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Lead (PM Shift) to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in Sapulpa, OK. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with prior assembly experience who are comfortable working with tools, blueprints, and production equipment in a fast-paced shop environment.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous assembly or manufacturing heat exchanger experience REQUIRED
Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and ability to consistently work PM shift hours
Experience with air cooler systems preferred, but not required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to drawings and work instructions
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately
Inspect assembled parts for quality, fit, and proper function
Identify and report defects, missing parts, or production concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations
Work collaboratively with team members to keep production moving efficiently
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing / shop environment
Fast-paced production setting with hands-on assembly work
PPE required and strict adherence to safety procedures expected
