Shift: 1st Shift | Monday Thursday | 5: 00 AM 3: 30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined team members Tulsa, OK. This hands-on manufacturing role focuses on assembling industrial cooling system components, working with fin tubes and headers, performing tube rolling, and preparing completed assemblies for hydrostatic testing.

Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
Previous manufacturing experience REQUIRED
Tube rolling experience preferred
Assembly experience preferred
Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices
Ability to read measurements and follow production instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are a must
Mechanically inclined with the ability to work efficiently in a production setting
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install fin tubes and headers into production frames
Perform tube rolling on both front and back headers
Verify correct tube and nozzle projections according to specifications
Install plugs and secure tube supports properly
Square and align frames to required production tolerances
Prepare completed assemblies for hydrostatic testing
Follow all production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support team production goals and additional assembly tasks as needed
