Welder / Fabricator
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Neosho, MO 64850
Shift: Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM 3: 00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
We re looking for dependable Welder/Fabricators to join a hands on manufacturing team in Neosho. This role is perfect for candidates who want to grow their welding skills, work in a production environment, and be part of a team that values quality and safety. New welding graduates are encouraged to apply.
What You ll Do
Perform welding and fabrication tasks as assigned
Work from drawings, instructions, or supervisor direction
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support team members to meet production goals
What You Need
TIG welding experience preferred (but fabrication only experience is accepted)
Ability to read basic drawings or follow work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a production environment
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
