Pay: $23.00 $27.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Tulsa, OK 74146
Shift: Monday Thursday | 4: 30 PM 12: 30 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced MIG & Metalcore Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in East Tulsa. This position is responsible for producing high-quality welds using MIG and Metalcore processes while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate has strong welding experience, takes pride in precision craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment that values teamwork and continuous growth.
Weld Test Requirements
Candidates must successfully complete the following weld test:
MIG Flat Root & 3 Passes
Bend Test
Required Experience & Skills
Previous MIG welding experience required
Metalcore welding experience preferred
Ability to pass the required weld test
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to read fabrication drawings and work instructions
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Commitment to workplace safety and reliable attendance
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG and Metalcore welding on a variety of fabricated components
Produce clean, accurate welds that meet company and industry quality standards
Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain production schedules while delivering quality workmanship
Follow welding procedures and company safety policies
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand skills and support production needs
Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members to meet production goals
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with Metalcore welding processes
Manufacturing or production welding experience
Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
Experience working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
Ability to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools
Work Environment
