Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable MIG Welder to join a fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. This hands-on welding role focuses on structural welding for oilfield equipment and tank shaker systems, requiring strong welding ability, consistency, and attention to quality.

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 2+ years of MIG welding experience REQUIRED
Experience performing structural welding applications
Ability to weld in multiple positions
Ability to read and follow blueprints, weld instructions, and production requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to weld quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment
Strong understanding of welding safety procedures and standards
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on structural components and fabricated assemblies
Weld parts used in oilfield tank shaker systems and related equipment
Follow blueprints, specifications, and welding procedures to ensure accurate fabrication
Maintain weld quality that meets company and industry expectations
Inspect completed welds for strength, consistency, penetration, and workmanship
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards
Support production schedules and additional fabrication tasks as needed
Weld Test Requirements
Candidates must successfully complete:
Fillet weld (flat and downhill)
4G weld test
Round wrap and square wrap weld test
Work Environment
Industrial fabrication / manufacturing environment
Exposure to welding equipment, sparks, heat, heavy steel materials, and shop conditions
Physically demanding role requiring standing, bending, lifting, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
