Shift Options: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Possible Mandatory Overtime

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking Order Pickers / Packers to join a busy distribution center in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to retail locations while maintaining company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 1 year of related warehouse experience required; 3 years preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to perform multiple job functions within the warehouse department
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work mandatory overtime when required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Pick and pack merchandise for shipment to retail locations
• Package products safely and efficiently in boxes or shipping containers
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and packing labels to ensure order accuracy
• Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, or other quality concerns
• Use RF scanners and other warehouse tracking systems when applicable
• Maintain established productivity and accuracy standards
• Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse best practices
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged merchandise, or other concerns to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily department goals
• Perform additional warehouse and distribution duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous order picking or packing experience
• Distribution center or warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
• Ability to remain physically active for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive warehouse and packing tasks
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
• Fast-paced distribution center and warehouse environment
• Production-focused setting requiring consistent accuracy and productivity
• Regular use of warehouse tracking systems, RF scanners, and shipping materials
• Team-oriented workplace focused on safety, efficiency, and order accuracy
• Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs
