Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer)
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73114
Shift: Monday Friday | 5: 30 AM Finish (Typically 2: 00 PM 4: 00 PM)
Saturday: 5: 00 AM Finish (Typically 10: 00 AM 12: 00 PM, as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Packagers / Production Associates to join a busy brick manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This fast-paced position is responsible for stacking, packaging, inspecting, and preparing finished brick for shipment while maintaining production goals and quality standards.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physically active work, thrive in a production environment, and are motivated by opportunities for increased earnings based on performance.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs throughout the shift
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to maintain pace in a production-driven environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Stack finished brick onto pallets according to production standards
Strap and wrap packaged brick for shipment
Inspect finished brick for defects, damage, or quality concerns
Maintain production speed while ensuring product quality
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Work safely around conveyors, production equipment, and moving machinery
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Experience working in heavy industrial or construction-related environments
Ability to safely perform repetitive lifting and material handling tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and repetitive lifting
Ability to work in a hot, dusty manufacturing environment
Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as production demands require

Industrial brick manufacturing facility
Hot, dusty, fast-paced production environment
Continuous standing and repetitive physical activity throughout the workday
