Shift: Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join a fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing metal surfaces and applying industrial coatings that meet strict quality, production, and safety standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Industrial painting experience or strong foundational knowledge REQUIRED
Experience with surface preparation, sanding, blasting, grinding, masking, and priming
Ability to identify parts, materials, and coating preparation needs
Ability to safely operate spray guns, blasting equipment, and hand tools
Must be able to wear a respirator during painting and blasting operations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to finish quality
Ability to follow written instructions, technical procedures, and work orders
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces through sanding, blasting, grinding, cleaning, masking, and priming
Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers
Mix paints and coatings according to technical data sheets and production specifications
Safely operate painting and blasting equipment throughout production
Inspect completed work for coverage, adhesion, thickness, and finish quality
Read and follow work orders, paint instructions, and job specifications
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of painting equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with industrial coatings such as epoxies, urethanes, and zinc primers
Experience painting fabricated metal parts or industrial components
Familiarity with coating thickness gauges and inspection tools
Forklift or overhead crane experience (preferred)
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing / fabrication environment
Exposure to paint fumes, blasting materials, industrial dust, and production equipment
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
Respirators and protective equipment required
