Pay: $18.00 $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Owasso, OK 74055
Shift: Monday Friday | 6: 30 AM 3: 00 PM
Overtime: Available | Occasional Saturdays as Needed

Position Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as a Parts Department Associate. This position supports daily operations within the Parts Department and involves working with production equipment, handling materials, and assisting with fabrication processes in a fast-paced shop environment.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous manufacturing, production, or shop experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with daily operations within the Parts Department
Operate and support production equipment including shears, press brakes, lasers, and plasma tables
Load, unload, and handle materials safely and efficiently
Support fabrication and production teams as needed
Maintain accurate material flow and organization throughout the department
Follow all work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist supervisors and team members with additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating shears, press brakes, lasers, or plasma tables
MAZAK laser experience strongly preferred
Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or metalworking experience
Experience working in a production-driven environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling
Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and moving materials
Ability to perform physically active work throughout the shift
Work Environment
Manufacturing and fabrication facility
Fast-paced production environment
Exposure to machinery, metal materials, noise, and industrial equipment
PPE required as designated by company safety policies
