Pay: $13.50 per hour
Location: Owasso, OK 74055
Shift: Monday Saturday | 6: 00 AM 4: 00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing food manufacturing team in Owasso. This position is responsible for inspecting products, operating processing equipment, packaging finished goods, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys hands-on work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred
Ability to work in a cold, refrigerated environment with food-related odors
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect meat products to ensure quality standards are met
Operate needle processing equipment safely and efficiently
Package and box finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Follow all food safety, quality, and company procedures
Meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous food manufacturing or production experience
Experience operating production or processing equipment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 20 70 lbs throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
Comfortable working in cold temperatures throughout the workday
Work Environment
Food manufacturing facility
Cold, refrigerated environment with food-related odors
Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting
Required PPE must be worn in accordance with company food safety and safety policies
