Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join an aerospace manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for inspecting precision-machined aerospace components to ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering requirements, and strict quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) preferred
Familiarity with First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and quality processes
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work effectively with operations, machining, and production teams
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect finished aerospace machined products to verify compliance with specifications and customer requirements
Collaborate with operations and production teams to maintain quality standards throughout manufacturing
Operate CMM equipment and other precision inspection tools
Perform and support First Article Inspections (FAI) and associated documentation
Accurately record inspection findings and maintain required quality records
Identify, document, and communicate non-conforming materials or quality concerns
Support additional quality control and inspection functions as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Work Environment
Precision aerospace manufacturing / machining environment
Exposure to machined components, inspection equipment, active production operations, and regulated manufacturing processes
Detail-driven role requiring standing, repetitive inspections, documentation accuracy, and PPE compliance
