Quality Control (QC) Inspector Night Shift
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Location: Collinsville, OK
Shift: 4: 30 PM 3: 00 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspector to support night shift operations in Collinsville, OK. This role is responsible for ensuring fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing processes meet ASME code requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Strong knowledge of ASME code requirements and welding quality standards
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, weld details, and technical documentation
Experience with quality control / quality assurance processes in manufacturing or fabrication
Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience using inspection and measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and coating thickness gauges
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple inspections and production priorities effectively
Must be able to pass an eye exam
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Review and interpret Quality Control Manual requirements for fabrication, welding, and assembly operations
Verify welders are properly qualified and operating within approved procedures
Inspect welds for appearance, defects, fit, and ASME code compliance
Ensure welds are properly cleaned, identified, and free from nonconformities
Confirm required welder identification markings are applied correctly
Verify NDE and PWHT processes are completed and properly documented
Ensure calibrated equipment is being used for inspection and testing
Inspect and document pneumatic and hydrostatic testing activities
Stamp ASME code items and maintain required documentation/photo records
Inspect sandblasting, coating prep, paint application, and final finishing quality
Complete pre-inspection / pre-flight checklists and verify corrections are completed
Verify incoming materials meet purchase order and specification requirements
Maintain accurate inspection documentation and quality records
Education & Experience
ASNT Certification or documented ASNT hours REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
Physical Requirements
Ability to enter confined spaces through a 12 x 16 manway opening
Ability to stand for 10+ hour shifts
Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, climbing, and confined-space work
Strong visual acuity, color recognition, and depth perception
Ability to safely lift or maneuver up to 75 lbs
Ability to wear required PPE in industrial environments
Work Environment
Heavy industrial fabrication / welding / manufacturing environment
Exposure to welding operations, fabrication equipment, coatings, testing environments, confined spaces, and industrial hazards
Safety-sensitive role requiring strict PPE compliance and documentation accuracy
