Shift: Monday Friday | 11: 00 AM 8: 00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Broken Arrow. This position is responsible for ensuring products meet customer specifications, ASME requirements, and company quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and collaboration with production teams.
The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing quality inspection experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and product excellence.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Experience using precision inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products, including fit-ups, welds, and finished assemblies
Verify product conformance to customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards
Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments
Perform quality audits and process verification checks throughout production
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Identify and document nonconforming materials and products
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action activities
Record heat numbers and retrieve Material Test Reports (MTRs) as required
Support containment activities when quality issues arise
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing processes
Maintain compliance with ASME, customer, and company quality requirements
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs
Assist with training production personnel on quality standards and inspection procedures
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or industrial manufacturing
Knowledge of ASME quality systems
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
Associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Ability to perform detailed visual inspections for extended periods
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around production equipment while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility
Fast-paced production environment focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement
Exposure to fabrication equipment, welding operations, industrial machinery, and production activities
Team-oriented workplace emphasizing safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
