Shift: Sunday Thursday | 3: 30 PM Finish (Typically 12: 00 AM 3: 00 AM | Some Fridays Required)

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for accurately receiving incoming shipments, verifying merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and safely placing products into warehouse locations to support efficient operations.
The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required (3+ years preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills required
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming shipments to ensure item numbers and quantities match shipping documentation
Inspect merchandise for damage or quality concerns and report discrepancies promptly
Use RF scanners and warehouse tracking systems to record product movement and inventory updates
Rotate inventory as needed to maintain product accuracy and stock freshness
Safely place received merchandise into designated warehouse storage locations
Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, and best practices
Report unsafe conditions or unprofessional behavior to supervisors
Assist with additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous shipping and receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
Inventory control or cycle count experience
Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment while wearing required PPE
Comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse work for extended periods
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse and distribution facility
Exposure to warehouse equipment, inventory systems, palletized products, and shipping operations
Team-oriented workplace focused on safety, accuracy, and productivity
Evening schedule with occasional Friday work based on business needs
