Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Tulsa, OK 74115
Shift: Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to join a growing warehouse team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping outgoing orders accurately and on time while supporting daily warehouse operations in a safe and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in ensuring every shipment is accurate and ready for delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift, move, and carry packages throughout the shift
Basic math and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare, package, and stage outgoing orders for shipment
Verify products, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy
Print and apply shipping labels and required documentation
Load and unload shipments using manual methods or material-handling equipment
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse or shipping experience
Forklift or pallet jack experience
Experience with order picking and inventory control
Familiarity with shipping software or warehouse management systems
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and moving materials
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Work Environment
Warehouse and distribution facility
Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exposure to shipping equipment, forklifts, and material handling operations
Required PPE must be worn in accordance with company safety policies
