Pay: $19.00 per hour
Location: Sapulpa, OK 74066
Shift: Monday Friday | 4: 30 PM 3: 00 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated candidates for a Shop Helper PM position in Sapulpa, OK. This role supports fabrication shop operations by assisting craftsmen, handling materials, operating equipment, and helping maintain production flow in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal Shop Helper PM candidate is safety-focused, eager to learn, and ready to grow their skills in steel fabrication and manufacturing.

What You ll Be Doing
Assist craftsmen and production teams with assigned shop tasks
Work around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, and automated equipment
Operate power tools and assist with material handling
Support fabrication and production activities to meet project deadlines
Maintain company quality standards and production expectations
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Help maintain organization and cleanliness following 5S standards
Learn to read shop drawings and understand bills of materials
Work closely with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Required Experience & Skills
Basic fabrication shop experience preferred
Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools
Ability to read and write basic shop communications
Ability to use a tape measure accurately
Willingness to learn fabrication processes and new skills
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance required
Team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality
