Pay: $22.00 per hour
Location: Sapulpa, OK 74066
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday Friday | 5: 00 AM 3: 30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Structural Fitter Day candidate to join a growing steel fabrication team in Sapulpa, OK. This role is responsible for fitting and aligning structural steel components for large and complex fabrication projects. The ideal Structural Fitter Day candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and confident reading blueprints and working in an industrial fabrication environment.

What You ll Be Doing
Fit and align structural steel components for fabrication and welding
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Measure and verify materials using tape measures and layout tools
Prepare components for welding and final assembly
Work around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, and automated equipment
Maintain quality standards and production accuracy
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Support production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints required
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Previous structural fitting experience preferred
Previous welding experience is a plus
Comfortable working around heavy industrial equipment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
