Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Structural Welder to join a fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for welding, fabricating, and repairing structural steel and metal components in a production-driven shop environment while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Previous welding or metal fabrication experience preferred
Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements
Strong understanding of welding safety procedures and fabrication best practices
Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and weld quality
Ability to inspect work for structural integrity and specification compliance
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fabrication environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on structural steel and fabricated metal components
Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts according to blueprints and specifications
Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions
Inspect completed welds for strength, quality, fit, and structural integrity
Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workstations in proper condition
Follow all workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and fabrication standards
Assist with additional fabrication, repair, or general shop duties as needed
Support production schedules while maintaining quality workmanship
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work Environment
Industrial fabrication / welding shop environment
Exposure to welding equipment, sparks, heat, heavy steel materials, grinders, and active production operations
Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
Fast-paced production setting focused on quality and output
